2. For Clients (Marketing Services)
- Proposals, service agreements, and deliverables are discussed before project initiation.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed plan.
- Any delay or pause in services by the client may affect delivery timelines.
- ParwanaMedia is not liable for external factors (platform bans, ad policy changes, etc.) that may affect performance.
3. For Students (Academy/Training)
- Access to online training is granted only after full or part payment.
- Course content is for individual use only. Sharing materials or login credentials is prohibited.
- Course fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or refund policy.
- ParwanaMedia does not guarantee specific earnings or results post-training. Success depends on individual effort and application.
- Batches have limited seats to ensure quality interaction and mentorship.
4. Conduct & Misuse
- We reserve the right to cancel services or revoke course access in cases of misuse, misconduct, or violation of terms without refund.
- Abuse, spam, or disrespect in community groups or sessions may lead to account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, training modules, templates, branding, and ad materials created by ParwanaMedia are the intellectual property of the company and cannot be copied or resold.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify our services, training content, pricing, or policies at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
